JN approached us initially with the view of taking our our FC CRM B2C product. After initial discussions it was soon clear to all that their specific needs greatly exceeded the capabilities of any product on the market at current.
We worked with JN to map out their entire business and workflows as a busy stock trading house and convert that into an easy to use CRM solution for their staff. Now instead of each staff member having a box of paper on their desk everything is automated and done electronically.
Reports, Trader information, Client information is now available to the people who need it when they need it instantly no more waiting or hunting though stacks of paper.

 

Angel Computers
Angel Computers is a single person freelance UK web development agency. Whilst AC only has one effective member of staff there are hundreds of clients. AC wanted our basic B2B CRM solution but had a few requests for additions we were happy to provide.
The B2B enterprise system used by AC contains client invoicing and payment tracking systems, full project management tools including time scheduling and time sheeting applications and a flexible project quotation system for providing quotes directly to the client from a preset template.
According to AC we have now reduced by more than 50% the time it takes him to quote the client, invoice the client and manage the various different projects all on the go at once. This in turn has lead to more time being available for development and a better service provision to his clients.

 

Nottingham Logo Design
Nottingham Logo Design purchased an e-commerce package from an Indian code shop. Not surprisingly when they tried to use it the system didn't work and was missing alot of required functionality. They contacted FC Software to resolve their issues and make the software work. We have since then completed a full product rewrite and the system now works as initially expected. We went above and beyond the intitial functinality requested and provided fully automated installation services so they can manage, maintain and roll out their e-commerce package without any developer interaction needed and just a basic knowledge of colour codes for customising the layout via our design editor.
